Magnolia Electric Co. are at Richard's for an early show on August 31st to support The Sojourner Boxset. Out on August 7th, the set collects three LPs, one EP, and a DVD worth of material. Some of the tracks are re-records of older songs, but either way, that's a lot of new MEC. You can stream a bunch of tracks and check out what this bad boy will look like here.
Thanks to William for pointing out that the Deftones are playing another show at the Commodore on the 12th of July. Unfortunately, if you were interested in such things, it went on sale right after the first one sold out... and they both sold out in about 10-minutes.
The Nerve is throwing a party at the Plaza on June 21st. Bend Sinister, Fake Shark Real Zombie, and Go Ghetto Tiger are playing and Paul Devro will be behind the decks.

Tiny Mix Tapes reports that Final Fantasy will be at Richard's on October 20th. I'm pretty sure that wasn't supposed to be public knowledge yet, but apparently someone put it up on the TomLab website, and those TMT dudes are thorough.
