Contest: Josh Ritter Ticket Giveaway
For one reason or another, I've never listened to Josh Ritter, which is strange. Everything you read about the guy makes him out to be the type of intelligent songwriter that I tend to dig. His management company was kind enough to drop me a CD in the mail, so I guess I'll make up for missing out on him so far fairly soon. For anyone else in my position (or for anyone who's already one of the faithful), they also hooked up a pair of tickets to Josh's upcoming headlining gig at the Commodore to giveaway.
Let's keep this one fairly simple, and even though Valentine's day is sort of lame, in the spirit of the season...
If you'd like to bring a date to Josh Ritter's gig at the Ballroom on February 23rd, email me at quinn.omori [AT] gmail.com with the subject "give me Josh Ritter tickets" and let me know your favourite love song... cause this flowers and overcrowded restaurant bullshit sucks, but love songs are alright.
The show is 19+ and I'll take entries until noon on Wednesday the 20th.

this is unrelated, but i can't count how many times i've typed in "http://fromblownspeakers.blogspot.com/" only to arrive at someone's outdated sports blog. i'll bet this is a common occurrence, and said blog owners may be wondering why they still get so many hits.
